Join us for the monthly board meeting of the Arizona Chapter of ASSP. The purpose of this meeting is for chapter board members and committee members to provide updates about their activities for the chapter and discuss other chapter business. This meeting is open to any and all members of the chapter.

Meeting Topic: Use Them or Lose Them – How to Raise Five Potential Legal Defenses to an OSHA Citation

This presentation will address the legal elements OSHA must satisfy to establish an alleged violation.  This presentation will assist those who might receive an OSHA Citation in the future and may wonder, is there a way to defend this matter legally? Here more about potential legal defenses from an OSHA defense attorney, who has raised these defenses, many times successfully, in real matters!
