October Technical Meeting

This month’s technical presenter will be Dr. Anthony Hall of Instinctive Movement.

Dr. Hall will be presenting on ways to prevent one of the most common injuries to workers – slips, trips, and falls.

His presentation on lifting techniques really drives home that old addage “lift with your legs, not with your back.”

Dr. Hall’s presentation and interactive demonstration will help you understand what a hip hinge is and how to utilize it to prevent back injuries when lifting.
