The discussion will cover the progression of steel erection from initial design concepts through project completion, emphasizing best practices that strengthen both safety and efficiency. Common hazards and errors—such as deferred submittals, erection drawings, and project flow challenges—will be highlighted, along with the critical role safety plays in ensuring project success.

Operation Support Manager / General Superintendent, Willmeng Construction
Jeremy Aschemeier is a seasoned construction professional with 27 years of industry experience. His career began as a journeyman, where he gained hands-on expertise as a cement finisher, carpenter, and block/brick mason. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar commercial construction projects as a Superintendent and led the self-performed concrete division as a General Superintendent for over a decade. Today, Jeremy serves as Operation Support Manager and General Superintendent at Willmeng Construction, where he continues to apply his deep technical knowledge and leadership experience to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.
