Description: This session features women in the safety profession sharing the experiences, relationships, and moments of support that shaped their careers. Through a discussion format, speakers will reflect on the mentors who influenced them, the environments that supported their growth, and how those experiences shape the way they support others. The conversation centers on fostering inclusive, growth-oriented workplaces where women are equally encouraged, developed, and supported. Attendees will gain insight into how meaningful support appears in everyday interactions, how connection accelerates professional growth, and how individuals at any level can contribute to a more supportive and equitable safety culture.
