Title – Management strategies for the injured worker and successful return to work

• Management Interventions for Injury Prevention and Return to Work.
• Communication strategies with injured employees.
• The role that a Job Analysis/Physical Demand Analysis can play in a company’s injury prevention, ergonomics, and RTW program.

Bio: Mike Morgan graduated in 2009 from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Athletic Training. He then pursued a Masters in Outdoor Recreation and Leadership from the University of Idaho. He has been with Briotix Health since 2018. Mike has worked as an industrial sports medicine provider for several retail and industrial clients. He has also provided office ergonomic services with several clients and his current focus is as a Job Analysis program manager. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. He also spends free time participating in outdoor sports and going to the high country.
