This position requires onsite work at the Intel Campus in Chandler, Arizona.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Work with Intel’s leading research and design teams to ensure that the equipment and facilities being designed and operated at Intel are compliant with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Interpret and understand regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and technicians.
  • Audit facilities and recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with Intel EHS peers from around the world to promote standardization of processes.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field of Engineering or other relevant sciences like Chemistry, with emphasis on Environmental Health and Safety with 3+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Master’s degree in any field of Engineering or other relevant sciences like chemistry, with an emphasis on Environmental Health and Safety with 2+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience relevant in EHS principles like Exposure Assessments or Chemical Evaluations or Radiation or Hazard Communication or Personal Protective Equipment or Hearing Conservation or PHAs/JHAs or Control of Hazardous Energies or Confined Spaces or Working at Heights or Electrical Safety or other related fields.
  • Regulatory experience with NIOSH, ACGIH, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other standards applicable to semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
